Use this high-quality solar charger meter with our MPPT solar charge controllers/ regulators TR/PTR series. It is suitable for a broad range of PWM models, including VSxxxxBN, PUxxxxB and PUxxxxBW series. It is therefore ideal for remote system monitoring as it allows you to have full control over the charging process. This solar charger meter can display various charging parameters such as voltage, current (separately for solar panel / load) and also battery state of charge to name a few. It can additionally record accumulated charge and discharge energy, as well as min / max voltage.
Compatibility:
This remote meter can be used with any of the below solar charge controllers:
- TR and PTR series (models TRxxxxBN, TRxxxxAN and PTRxxxxAN)
- VS Series (models VSxxxxBN)
- PU series (models PUxxxxB)
- PU series waterproof (models PUxxxxBW, with compatibility cable)
So, if you already have one of the above compatible solar controllers with an RJ45 port, you can easily add this remote meter to your controller. Simply plug the cable we supply with the meter into the RJ45 socket of the controller. Whereas, for controllers with a RS485 port, an additional RS485 to RJ45 cable will be required for connection. Furthermore, this remote meter is not suitable for dual battery solar charge controllers.
