Once you have placed your order with us, we will get your product or products ready for delivery. We will carefully package them and send them with one of our delivery partners. As a rule, Taylors work with large/heavy product orders and use a tail-lift lorry and deliver on pallets. It is very important that you are aware your delivery is kerbside only for these products. As our customer, it is your responsibility to move the delivery into your own home or premises from the kerbside.
There must be an adult at the premises who can accept the order. Orders that have to be returned to us from our shipping partner due to an adult not being present to accept the order will incur an additional fee.
It is important that the person accepting the order fully checks it through. They should ensure that all of the items are present and that there is no damage to them, such as transit damage. Only after they have done this full check should they sign for the delivery. Eco Power Direct cannot accept responsibility for missing items or damage once they sign for the order. Once signed for, they accept full responsibility for your order.
Delivery can take up to 14 days after ordering, to arrive with you in mainland UK. Timings for places outside of these areas could be longer.
